Returns:
The Craftshops Mall will accept returned goods, in as-new condition and in their original undamaged packaging, for refund or replacement within 60 days of the date of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The purchaser is responsibble for return shipping costs.
We recommend using insured parcel post for your return as The Craftshops Mall cannot accept responsibility for lost, misdirected, or damaged returns. Items which are returned in unused and as-new condition and in the original undamaged packaging will be accepted for return and full refund.
We gaurantee your refund will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your return package with the items in original condition. Refunds will be paid back into the Stripe or Paypal account used to make the original purchase. Email confirmation of your refund will be sent to the email address you provided.
When returning items please email customer service using the link below to request a postal address for returns or use the return address printed on your package.
Our advice to customers is that upon receipt of your order take a little time to open the order carefully to avoid damaging the packaging.
