Cotton is a crisp lightweight fabric which is easy to press. It is excellent for sewing shirts, or dressesand is easy to work with.
Linen is a natural fiber made from flax. It is a strong fabric which softens with washing. It wrinkles easily but is comfortable to wear.
Rayon and Viscose are synthetic fibers. They both have a soft draping quality which is great for blouses and skirts.
